You will then perform 3-RPM sessions weekly for the next thirty days and then repeat the diagnostics. Then, its just personal development, repeat, more personal development, repeat.
Some things to know about The Rewire RPM:
1) You must create physical overload each session to create positive adaptation (physical change).
2) Don’t be afraid to challenge yourself; just be mindful of overreaching.
3) Match your attention to your intention; this means actually do what your thinking. If you demand gains from yourself then create them.
